We have a rare and special vacancy to join the senior team as the General Manager of Pinewoods Holiday Park.

Pinewoods is a unique, coastal 5-star holiday park located in Wells-next-the-Sea beside the award-winning beaches of Wells and Holkham and adjacent to the Holkham National Nature Reserve. With 670 static holiday home bases including our hire fleet of 81 units and a state of the art 116 pitch touring park, Pinewoods provides three key income streams: holiday home sales, holiday sales and site fees.

We are looking for someone exceptional as our next General Manager of Pinewoods. Here is an outline of what we foresee the ideal candidate will offer:
• A business leader with a track record of success in operations or sales management in the leisure industry.
• Genuinely interested in the holiday park sector including delivering the environmental and community aspects that are important to Holkham’s activities and ambitions.
• A person with proven experience in developing teams, recruiting permanent and seasonal staff and shaping a committed, supportive, and performance-driven culture where the human touch is never lost.
• A commercially astute candidate who is comfortable with financial management and working closely with finance colleagues.
• Strong inter-personal skills, willing to lead by example, a natural ambassador for Holkham with external organisations.
