Head Housekeeper with additional responsibilities required to work on a busy, high end luxury lodge holiday park in the Heart of The National Forest.

Luxury Lodge Accommodation is included in this position (including all bills) as you will be expected to live on the park.

– Complaints and customer issues

– General Administration

– Health and Safety Policy & Management

– Recruitment & induction of new staff

– Rotas and general staff management

– Supervising other members of the team

– Stock checks and stock control – replenishing supplies.

– Park Phone Cover

– Cost-effective procurement of materials and appointment of contractors.

– Daily cleaning checks and quality standards report

– To plan, organise, prioritise and distribute tasks.

– Late Check ins when required

– Hot tub cleaning and water testing (training will be given)

– Health and safety record keeping

– Grounds maintenance

– Call out cover required on park

This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be applied.

The park is busy, and you will be required to work weekends. The park is open 365 days a year and cover is required over such holidays.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent – 30-40 hours per week

Must have experience in both Housekeeping and Customer Service and be able to provide references.

Salary: £9 hour rising to £10/hour after satisfactory 6 month probation. – 30/40 hours per week
