Aber Bay Holiday Park is experiencing impressive growth over the next 12 months and we are currently building a new complex complete with swimming pool, bar and restaurant area and we are now looking for a Park Manager Couple to manage the development.
Aber Bay is currently undergoing redevelopment and will offer new pitches for static caravans and luxury lodges. Currently we have 162 pitches which will increase over the next 12 months. All caravans/lodges are privately owned which creates a quiet and desirable place to relax from day-to-day life. From the top development they will have uninterrupted views across the Bay.
We are located in a quiet Bay near the seaside town of Aberystwyth, which offers an array of wine bars, restaurants and quaint shops. Within an hour’s drive from the park, you will reach the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and in the other direction the picturesque village of New Quay.
We are offering an attractive package and bonus scheme dependant on sales and performance.
In addition to the wage, onsite accommodation is provided.

Key Responsibilities
Maintaining the Park’s landscape to a very high standard, including all the grounds, hedges, verges, roads and SSS Land.
Reception duties and dealing with general admin/account paperwork
Siting, connection and snagging of all caravans.
Day to day park security which includes on call duties throughout the night.
Ensure all equipment is clean and maintained to a high standard
Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are met and all paperwork completed
Qualities, Skills & Experience
We are seeking exceptional candidates with the following attributes:

Proven multi-taskers who are organised, efficient and productive as well as being accurate and having great attention to detail
Ability to work on your own initiative and research and solve problems
The ability to work as part of a team and motivate and manage the team of wardens, cleaning and grounds maintenance teams
Full UK driving licence is essential
Previous experience within a similar position is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided where required. Allen’s Caravans Estates Ltd have procedures in place and full comprehensive training will be provided, with a potential to progress within the company.
Please be aware that the role requires flexibility and includes weekend, Bank Holidays and School terms.
