Min Y Don & Castle View are busy 5 star rated Holiday Parks consisting of 171 privately owned static units (with no sub-letting) we also have the advantage of 100 fully serviced touring pitches and 4 luxury holiday homes weekly letting facility. Located in lower Harlech below the 16th century castle and just 600 yards from the beach within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.

We are looking for an active couple to join our team, previous park experience is not necessary as training will be given, but suitable applicants must have the required qualities of being reliable, honest, have flexibility & initiative, with attention to detail and enjoy an outdoor life. This joint role is practical and hands on and all duties need to be undertaken with consistency always delivering a high standard of customer service.
With a starting date 1st of February 2025 to the 5th of November 2025

Duties: The joint couple wardens typical duties will include a wide variety of tasks which keeps the job interesting from:

• Assisting with the housekeeping of rental properties
• Amenity block cleaning
• Reception work
• Gardening, plus a variety of outdoor grounds maintenance
(mowing, strimming, Jet washing)
• Late night park inspections
• On call duty rota 3-4 nights per week.
• Weekend & Bank Holiday work essential
• Hours 9am-5pm but with flexibility where needed
