Position Overview

To organise, stock and clean hotel rooms and all complex facilities. Manage high standards and cleanliness with both internal team and external contract cleaners when required. Attend to guests and deal with face to face enquiries.

Main responsibilities

· Cleaning of hotel rooms, also deep cleaning of rooms throughout the year when required.

· Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout

· Maintain inventory records of cleaning items, laundry, and other supplies.

· Purchasing of materials, equipment and other supplies

· Deal with all housekeeping related customer service concerns and resolve problems efficiently

· Ensure H&S policies and procedures are up to date and followed.

Other admin responsibilities and tasks

· Liaising with cleaning contractors, guests and other suppliers

· Manage special requests

· Clean and maintain the housekeeping area, offices, and all complex areas.

· Complete reports as and when requested by the Administration Supervisor/ Park Manager
