We are recruiting for a Park Warden & Assistant to work at one of our Residential Retirement Parks near Chester.

The Main Warden Role would be ideal for a self motivated individual with a can do attitude. The role requires a good level of DIY skills so as to be able to undertake general maintenance and up keep of our rental units, such as plumbing issues and general repairs.

There is also the usual grounds maintenance involved (using both a ride on and push mower) to improve and enhance the kerb appeal of the park.

The ideal candidate would be able to manage their own time and work schedule according to the weather and priorities.

The second Assistant Role, is part time and expected to be 10-15 hours per week. This role is more admin focused to deal with end of tenancies and new tenanacy agreements, utillity providers etc. This role will also assist Head Office with the sale of new units.
This position may well be under/over the expected hours from week to week and is self managed as time in lieu to balance over the month to meet the expected hours. By prior agreement, you may also take a second job in this role, as long as core obligations are met.

The combined salary is £35,000 and a 2 bedroom rent free park home as you are required to live on site. Council Tax, Wifi and Water are also included.
