An exciting opportunity has arisen for Park Wardens at a stunning holiday park based in Northampton. We are looking for long term commitment with the ability to embrace change as we build and grow the business.
There are two positions available one maintenance, one office based. Applications are welcome from management couples or from individuals.
Working as part of a team, you will have solid sector experience, an eye for detail and take pride in your work. Leading from the front, you will enjoy all aspects of running a park. You will have pleasant manner and the ability to communicate effectively with both owners and colleagues
The successful applicants will have the ability to show initiative and find solutions to issues that arise.

Key Tasks:
Ensure that the Park is presented to the highest standard at all times,
Maintain a safe environment ensuring close adherence to the H&S policy
Create a customer care culture to provide an outstanding standard of service
Day to day management of the reception, maintenance, pool & security departments
Recruit, train & develop our seasonal teams.
To be responsible for daily general park & caravan maintenance related repairs
Siting and connection of caravans and plot preparation
Ensure the good working order of all plant machinery and equipment
In conjunction with senior management, plan, implement and control, maintenance and park development work programmes
Reception duties, dealing with general enquiries, account administration, payment management and cash control.
Aftersales administration
Provide on call cover outside office hours
Key Skills
Computer literate competent with word, excel & outlook
A full, clean UK driving licence
Accommodation on the park will be provided.
