To provide exceptional courteous, friendly and helpful front of house warden duties and responsibilities. To cover our full time warden’s time off and 28 days holiday (Usually Monday and Tuesday evenings 5pm to 9pm+ and the occasional Sunday evening and Bank Holiday Monday). Occasional cleaning of our award-winning facilities, covering holidays and emergency cleans. Respond as required to emergencies from both the touring and residential side to our business (infrequent). To assist in the moving and siting of customer touring caravans as and when required. To monitor and ensure touring park rules are adhered to for the benefit and safety of all our visitors. Entire role is on a first line call-out basis using our mobile telephone system (provided) linked to touring customers arriving with or without reservations, or those with a need to discuss any matter with a member of the team. Must be reasonably computer literate. Booking system knowledge preferable but not essential (Anytime booking system in use). Start March/April 2020 (or earlier by arrangement). Would suit warden or warden couple, position is part-time, non-seasonal (52 weeks), and could be temporary or permanent and may eventually lead to the main warden position.
