Sales And Administration Manager

12 Month Contract as maternity cover, ideally starting end February 2022 and ending 1st March 2023, however there would be flexibility on start date for the correct candidate.

Main Purpose of Job

Provide cover during the 12 month period working with Park Managers and Sales Executive to generate sales activity, ensure smooth administration of the sales process, including Park Home specification. Responsibility with the on site team for day to day operation of the park to create a friendly, professional environment for all.

Key responsibilities
• Deliver top quality customer service to all customers.
• Help with planning and delivery of sales activity throughout the year to maximise interest in this wonderful new build development.
• Work in conjunction with the team in helping to ensure professional, friendly and efficient customer service.
• Overseeing the sales adnministration , checking of home specification and liaising with manufacturers and customers in ensuring that all details are covered.
Person Specification
• Warm and informative selling style that is consistent with Company values.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Ability to work positively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good medical record and levels of fitness.
• Resourceful and able to act on own initiative.
• Industry experience is preferable and failing this the ability to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and high levels of numeracy and literacy.
