£40,000 per annum plus commission and bonus
We are a rapidly growing, acquisitive and dynamic company within the holiday home and leisure sector.
We are looking for a Sales Manager, based in north Cornwall, with the potential to deliver the very best sales experience for our prospective owners, selling with integrity, honesty and openness, with our customers’ needs at the heart of the experience.
You will be accountable for all holiday home sales, pre-sales and handover owner satisfaction scores, resolution of queries or complaints, managing the caravan sales budget and developing marketing activity and controlling spend. You will generate your sales funnel and maintain lead generation. You will have input into the park sales strategic plan and marketing campaigns.
This is a broad role leading the sales function and previous experience in this area will be essential.
In addition to your experience of selling caravans and managing a sales function, you will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to plan and organise your events and sales funnel and to ensure that customer expectations are delivered to a high standard. You will have the ability to plan and deliver creative marketing activity and to manage your KPI’s including managing your budget.
