We currently have two part time receptionist positions to cover 9am-6pm, 7 days a week.
As our receptionist you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our reception and small on-site shop. You will need to ensure all our customers are greeted in a professional, friendly and courteous manner, both in person and over the telephone.
Duties to include:
•Take bookings, operate our online booking system and accept payments
•Respond to general park emails
•Checking in and out of guests; ensure barrier fobs, keys and deposits have been returned.
•Keep reception and shop area clean, tidy and welcoming to all our customers
•Cash handling and cashing up the till
•General site admin and paperwork
•Any additional general duties as required by the park management
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft office software primarily Excel, Word and Outlook
•Professional telephone manner
•Experience of using the internet
•Experience using social media platforms, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.
•Experience of working in a customer focused role
•The ability to work within a team
•The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
•Have a high standard of personal appearance
