The wardens role will include a wide variety of tasks which keeps the job interesting. You could be involved in tasks such as: Maintenance / Housekeeping / Cleaning / Reception / Bar Work (No Kitchen) / Gardening / Ground works / Towing caravans. You may or may not have experience in some or all these areas but a willingness to work hard with a positive and vibrant outlook could make you a very suitable candidate.
This role will start 1st March 2025 through to 3rd Nov approx. (8 months). Your pay will be 30 hours per week per person, paid every 4 weeks. Your working hours will vary in line with season for example, In low season you may work just 25 hours per week with 3 days off per week and in high season you will work around 45 hours per week with 2 days off per week.
We pride ourselves on being different to other wardens jobs advertised, we offer a good work life balance for those wishing to still work but take a step back from full time work.
The rate of pay is 50p above NMW plus a £1 per hour worked loyalty bonus at the end of the season (Value circa £1000 per person). The wardens will also have a hard standing pitch, electricity, and free use of launderette & Wi-Fi. Applicants must have their own touring caravan.

It is set in a quiet country lane just 1.5 miles from the coast and the stunning views from the Park span the whole of Carmarthen Bay from Monkstone Point to the Gower Peninsular and beyond to the Somerset and North Devon Coastline, Caldy and Lundy Islands.
