Haw Wood Farm is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Warden Couple to join our team for the 2026 season. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist the management team at our award-winning, 5-Platinum Star, 100-pitch campsite located near the beautiful Suffolk coast.
Key Responsibilities
The role is diverse and requires a proactive approach across several areas:
1. Site Maintenance and Groundskeeping:
Perform general site upkeep, including extensive use of ride-on mowers, push mowers, and strimmers to maintain our 14-acre grounds.
Assisting with the safe and efficient movement of touring caravans.
Daily cleaning and meticulous maintenance of all site facilities to meet 5-star standards.
2. Guest Services and Administration:
Act as the friendly and professional welcoming face of Haw Wood Farm.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including escorting guests to their pitches.
Handle telephone inquiries, bookings, and general guest assistance.
3. Retail and Food Service Operations:
Working shifts within the reception, café, and shop area.
Duties include operating the coffee machine, serving customers at the till, and managing sales.
Optional/Additional Role
We also have a requirement for a Breakfast Cook. This responsibility can be assigned to one of the seasonal wardens. Full training will be provided, or previous experience is highly valued.

Working Details
Contract Period: Mid-March 2026 until early November 2026.
Schedule: A standard 5-day working week.
Time Off: 2 consecutive days off together per week.
