Andrewshayes Holiday Park in East Devon is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivated and active couple or possibly 2 individuals to join our team for the rest of the 2026 season.
Immediate start – season ends mid-November.

THE ROLE:
The job can be split but both roles are hands on and physically active. The work to be shared between 2 people will include but is not limited to:
*Cleaning of amenity and toilet blocks on 2 – 3 days per week.
* Cleaning holiday homes on changeover days (2 days per week) to a high standard.
* Park reception duties, e.g. customer check ins/outs
* Dealing with any customer queries, answering the telephone.
* Small shop duties, e.g. serving customers, stock taking and ordering.
* Using the computerised booking system GemaPark
* Ground maintenance, e.g. mowing, strimming and hedge cutting.
* Swimming pool & Hot Tub maintenance.
* Changing gas bottles
* Pitching touring caravans ( if you have towing experience)
* Includes 3 or 4 evenings on-call each week (part paid) (shared with other wardens).
Requirements

* be happy to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team
* caravan knowledge and towing experience would be useful but not essential
* own transport required as we are quite rural.
HOURS AND WAGES:
We are offering 3 – 5 days a week. Work days will include weekends and bank holidays. Hours are variable over the season. National minimum wage.
Role includes accommodation. This is a 2-bedroom caravan on the park which includes gas, electric, wi-fi and free laundry.
Pitch / location for a motorhome or tourer also an option for solo applicants.

Andrewshayes Holiday Park is an award-winning family-owned holiday park located in beautiful East Devon countryside. There are 90 static caravans (35 rentals), 110 seasonal pitches and 40 touring pitches. There is an indoor swimming pool and a bar and takeaway on site. We are located 3 miles west of Axminster and approximately 6 miles inland. Our park has an excellent reputation for friendly customer service.
