Heads of Ayr Holiday Park, a friendly and family-run site on the scenic Ayrshire coast, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic couple to join our team for the 2025 season. This is a live-in position ideally suited to a couple with their own motorhome or touring caravan. Minimum 32 hours per week for each role. Seasonal position until 31st October (with potential for longer term employment)

About the Roles

We are offering two complementary roles within our team:

1. Maintenance

General site maintenance and basic repairs

Groundskeeping and facility upkeep

Assisting with pitch preparation and guest arrivals

Ensuring the site remains clean, tidy, and safe

2. Reception and Housekeeping

Greeting guests, handling check-ins and bookings

Cleaning holiday accommodation and shared facilities to a high standard

Providing helpful local information and excellent customer service

Basic administrative duties

What We`re Looking For

A couple who work well together with a friendly and professional approach

Good communication and organisational skills

A practical, hands-on attitude and attention to detail

Previous experience in similar roles is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is just as important

Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and across a varied rota
