Main Purpose: The Wardens will maintain the site, driving range, accommodation and ensure all accommodation is ready for guests. They will provide a presence for security and customer needs over night on the days they’re on duty.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities to be completed between the pair
• Providing a point of contact for customers when on site for information and advice
• Maintaining the grounds, including mowing, hedge trimming and strimming
• Completing basic repairs as required around the site, including some plumbing and electrical work
• Gardening of flower beds around the site
• Conducting the ball pick on the driving range
• Ensuring all site Health and safety checks are completed
• Communicating with the reception teams of any issues
• Cleaning the golf changing rooms and other facilities
• Cleaning of the rental pods and lodges
• Understand the selling of holiday homes, provide tours if required and look to upsell current customers
• Provide cover if required at Riverside Caravan Park

Experience and/or Qualifications.

Essential:
• Driving license

Desirable:
• Previous use of the Camp manager system
• Previous cleaning experience
• Understanding of golf, rental accommodation and holiday home ownership
