Offering a variety of luxury self catering accommodation, hot tub breaks, holiday home ownership, pods and touring facilities, we provide a great base with excellent customer service for our guests to relax, explore and enjoy.

Faskally Woods Holiday Park (PH16 5LD) is the most recent addition to our group and we’re excited to share a great opportunity for a Park Manager to join our passionate team in the location. The role is permanent, with hours between 35-45 hours per week, working flexibly across 5 days to meet the needs of the business and your team. Due to the nature of the business weekend work is required.

The Role:

This role would suit an individual who has experience in managing a team of 10-25, providing direction, support and enthusiasm showing great communication towards your team and guests. The ability to lead and support your diverse team across multiple facilities and roles will require you to understand all role expectations and the wider business dynamics to operate successfully.

Requirements of the Park Manager:

-An excellent understanding and minimum 2 years experience within the hospitality industry
-Evidence of strong leadership and communications skills,
-Passionate, driven with the ability to maintain a positive culture
-High attention to detail, with the desire to achieve outstanding guest experience
-Taking pride, ownership and accountability for your Holiday Park, guests and your team
-A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example and work on own initiative
-A high standard of IT skills and Health and safety knowledge
-Previous sales experience would be beneficial but not essential
-Responsibilities of the Park Manager:

Actively contributing to the whole company communication flow, feeding up and out to multiple departments across the business
Taking the lead role in prioritising, guiding and monitoring your team through multiple daily tasks
Ensuring the smooth coordination of the daily operations of the park by delegating tasks to your team and ensuring these are completed to a high standard
Strive for excellence in guest feedback and resolving guest issues in a timely manner
People management leading by example and encouraging growth within the team alongside your Manager to encourage best performance from your teams, identifying training needs
Working closely with Sales and Area Maintenance teams to ensure sales units are ready for viewing and handover of units run smoothly
Helping drive the sales of holiday homes on park to new and existing guests, working closely with the Sales team
Accommodation may be available on the Holiday Park as part of this role.
