As Assistant Park Managers, you will assist the Park Managers with the day-to-day operations of the park. This includes a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining the high standards of service that our guests expect.
Previous experience in customer service or public-facing roles is advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
This role offers on-site accommodation in a static caravan, along with access to all park amenities. You will work on a permanent, full-time basis, with 41.25 hours per week spread flexibly over 5 days.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
� Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at reception.
� Administration: Manage bookings and carry out administrative duties
� Retail: Oversee the park shop
� Pitch Management: Assist with the pitching and setting up of units
� Local Tourism Support: Maintain tourist information displays
� Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the park.
� Grounds and Gardening: Carry out gardening and general maintenance tasks.
To be successful you will need to possess the following:

� A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service.
� A strong desire to maintain cleanliness and ensure a well-kept environment.
� A practical, hands-on approach to gardening, maintenance, and other tasks.
� Basic administration skills, including numeracy and computer literacy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
� Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
� The ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
� Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
� A current UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
