Residential Park Home Sales, Marketing & Park Manager

Location: Belton, Norfolk, NR31 9JS
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive + Commission + Benefits
Accommodation: On-site accommodation available if required
Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday (fixed)

About Us

We are a well-established, family-owned residential park dedicated to providing a high-quality living environment and exceptional service to our residents. We are seeking a professional, self motivated and organised individual to manage day-to-day park operations whilst leading sales and marketing activities, including full responsibility for our park’s marketing presence and social media.

The Role

This is a key leadership role combining residential park sales and marketing along with the management when residents move in. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the park, support residents, manage residential park home sales and promote the park through effective marketing strategies and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

Drive residential park home sales to achieve agreed targets.
Manage enquiries, conduct viewings and guide customers through the full sales journey.
Develop and manage marketing strategies to promote the park, homes for sale and park lifestyle.
Create engaging social media content and manage park social media channels.
Maintain relationships with prospective buyers, residents, manufacturers and partners.
Park Management

Oversee daily park operations ensuring a safe, compliant and well-maintained environment.
Provide professional, friendly and supportive resident communication.
Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, park rules and industry standards.
Coordinate and supervise contractors, maintenance and grounds teams.
Complete required administrative duties including reporting and budget monitoring.
Candidate Requirements

Experience in property, estates, leisure or hospitality is desirable.
Proven experience in sales, marketing and customer service.
Experience managing social media and digital marketing is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational ability with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
IT literate with good administrative capability.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
