We’re Hiring: Complex Manager

Witton Castle Country Park, County Durham

Full-Time | Permanent

Looking for a fresh challenge in a fun, fast-paced environment? We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Complex Manager to lead our on-park venues at Witton Castle Country Park.

This isn’t your average 9–5. You’ll be at the heart of everything that makes our park such a great place to stay – managing our bars, restaurant, coffee shop, fish and chip shop, and entertainment programme.

If you’ve got a background in hospitality, love working with people, and know how to run a tight ship (and a busy one!), we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing –

Running the day-to-day operations of our:
Bars
Restaurant
Coffee shop
Fish and chip shop
Entertainment & events
Leading a brilliant team across all venues – hiring, training, and keeping morale high
Making sure guests have a great experience, every time
Keeping everything clean, safe, and running smoothly
Planning fun events and entertainment alongside our seasonal calendar
Managing rotas, stock, and budgets
Spotting opportunities to improve and grow the business

What We’re Looking For –

Experience managing hospitality or leisure venues (holiday park experience is a bonus!)
A confident, friendly leader who’s great with people
Someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on role
Good with numbers – you’ll be managing costs, stock, and targets
Strong understanding of food hygiene, licensing and health & safety regs
Calm under pressure and happy to work evenings, weekends & peak times
