About the role:

This is a crucial role within a dynamic and fast paced environment. The Park Warden is an instrumental role in the running of the Park. This is a hands on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the company standards are maintained. As a Park Warden you will be required to reside on the park with a particular emphasis to maintain the security of the park. The Park Warden will assist with maintaining the presentation of the park, by carrying out various landscaping, gardening and maintenance duties.

About you:

You will be required to reside on park and be able to provide 24-hr call out. You will be an approachable person, being vibrant, confident and professional in personality. You will have good communication skills, the ability to perform well as part of a team and be able to work on your own. You will have strong attention to detail and be able to carry out instructions. You will have the ability to perform manual handling tasks.

Required experience:
Previous experience of landscaping and maintenance;
Machinery maintenance experience;
Adequate knowledge of utilities, such as drainage, water, electricity etc.

Previous experience of working on a caravan park or in a similar environment would be an advantage.

Full UK driving license required.
