Park Warden Couple
The Glen Caravan Park is a countryside holiday park located only a short walk from the delightful Shropshire town of Cleobury Mortimer. The Glen offers 116 static caravan holiday homes, all of which are owner occupied.
Competent couple required to reside on park and assist the Park Managers in the smooth day to day running of the parks. Warden responsibilities include (but are not limited to): general park maintenance, gardening, cleaning of the sales stock and park buildings, holiday home siting, pitch development, reception duties, phone cover, holiday home sales assistance (on the park managers days off), etc.
One of the Park Warden positions will be full time throughout the year and will mainly involve grounds person/technician duties. The next Park Warden position will work varied hours depending on the time of year*.
It is preferred that both applicants hold a full driving licence.
Working Hours
Both positions are permanent.
Park Warden (Full Time): 5-6 days per week, depending on workload and park manager days off.
*Park Warden (Variable Hours):
*SUMMER MONTHS – typically, 40-50 hours per week (5 to 6 days a week).
*WINTER MONTHS – typically, 20-30 hours per week.
As we operate in the tourism industry there will be more work in the summer months and less during the winter months. Weekend and bank holiday work will be necessary.
Park Wardens cover the Park Manager’s days off and holidays, so flexibility is required.
Remuneration
£12.46 per person per hour, rising to £13.05 on 1st April 2026.
Rent free two-bedroom lodge is provided. Water usage is free. Electricity and gas usage chargeable.

Start date: Late March / April, or as soon as mutually agreeable.
