This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors while also engaging with guests, owners, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the overall appearance and upkeep of the park, including grass cutting, planting, and general grounds maintenance
• Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Managing bookings and assisting with administrative tasks
• Liaising with contractors and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Supporting the sales process of holiday lodges and caravans
• Providing excellent customer service to guests and holiday homeowners.
What We’re Looking For:
• Full, valid UK driving licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Good level of computer literacy
• Excellent attention to detail
• A practical, hands-on approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team
Desirable (but not essential):
• Previous experience in the tourism or holiday park industry
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
