Morfa Bychan Holiday Park sits on the picturesque West Wales coastline overlooking Cardigan Bay, just a few miles south of Aberystwyth. We are a welcoming, high‑quality, family‑run park with 224 owner‑occupied holiday homes, 5 hire‑fleet caravans, and 75 touring and camping pitches.

We`re looking for a friendly, reliable Seasonal Warden Couple to join our supportive team for the upcoming season.

About the Role

Reporting to the Park Managers, you`ll help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the park. Duties include (but are not limited to):

– Greeting, checking in and assisting touring & camping guests

– Cleaning of washrooms, company buildings and holiday homes

– Grounds and general maintenance particularly grass cutting

– Evening inspections during busy periods

– Reception and small shop duties

– Hire‑fleet changeovers & basic maintenance

– Sales caravan preparation

Training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary — your attitude is more important than your experience.

Required Skills & Qualities

– Friendly, approachable, and customer‑focused

– Reliable with a can‑do attitude

– Comfortable with hands‑on, active work

– Must work weekends and bank holidays

– Both applicants holding a full UK driving licence

– Experience in hospitality, maintenance, or customer service

Working Hours

– Full-time, seasonal role

– 4-6 days per week, based on workload and holiday cover

– Weekend and bank holiday work required

– Typical days run between 8am – 6pm, with occasional variation during busy periods

– Flexibility is essential, as Wardens cover other Wardens days, night duties and Park Manager days off and holidays

Pay & Benefits

– £13.05 per person per hour (minimum)

– Rent‑free two‑bedroom accommodation on the park (ideal for a couple)

– Free water usage

– Electricity and gas charged and preferential staff rate

Season Dates

– Start: April/ early May 2026 (or as soon as mutually agreeable)

– End: November 2026

– Possible extension depending on workload
