This is an opportunity for a practical and customer-focused couple to join the team at one of Worcestershire’s most attractive holiday parks, combining customer service and grounds maintenance.
The Coppice Leisure Park is situated within 140 acres of beautiful woodland countryside, just 7 miles from the historic city of Worcester. The park has 161 owner-occupied holiday home pitches, offering a peaceful environment for our owners.
The Role
As Park Wardens, you will reside on park and assist the Park Managers in the day-to-day operations of the park, helping to ensure high standards are maintained across all areas.
This role is ideal for:
• Couples with experience in hospitality, leisure, property maintenance & customer service.
• Practical, hands-on individuals who enjoy working outdoors. Ideally have experience using park machinery, but training will be provided.
• Friendly and approachable people seeking a long-term lifestyle role.
Responsibilities
This is a varied and active role. Responsibilities include:
• General park maintenance, grounds upkeep and DIY skills.
• Gardening and presentation of communal areas.
• Holiday home siting and pitch development.
• Cleaning of holiday home sales stock and park buildings.
• Maintenance of the swimming pool area and washroom facilities.
• Reception duties and telephone cover.
• Assisting with holiday home sales enquiries, when required.
• Supporting the Park Managers in the smooth running of the park.
Requirements
We are seeking a couple with strong complementary skills and a positive attitude:
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Practical and capable of carrying out a wide range of maintenance duties.
• Reliable, flexible and willing to assist where required.
• It is preferred that both applicants hold a full UK driving licence.
Working Hours
Both positions are permanent.
Park Warden (Full-Time Position)
• This role will mainly involve grounds person/technician duties.
• Typically 5–6 days per week, depending on workload and Park Manager days off.
Park Warden (Variable Hours Position)
• Summer months – typically 40–50 hours per week (5–6 days per week).
• Winter months – typically 20–30 hours per week.
As we operate within the tourism industry, weekend and bank holiday working will be required. Flexibility is essential as Park Wardens cover Park Manager holidays and days off.
