The Role
As Resident Park Warden, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the park, ensuring it remains clean, welcoming, safe and presented to the highest possible standard.
You will be the day-to-day point of contact for holiday home owners and visitors, helping create a friendly atmosphere while supporting the smooth running of the park.
Key Responsibilities
• Acting as the main point of contact for holiday home owners on a day-to-day basis
• Carrying out regular park inspections to maintain high presentation standards
• Helping ensure the park remains clean, tidy and well presented at all times
• Liaising with the grounds maintenance team and contractors to help ensure work is completed to a high standard
• Reporting maintenance issues and assisting with light maintenance duties where appropriate
• Delivering excellent customer service and assisting owners with day-to-day enquiries
• Helping maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for owners and visitors
• Assisting with customer enquiries and occasional holiday home viewings when required, particularly if a member of the sales team is unavailable
• Being a visible, approachable and professional presence around the park

About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Has previous experience working on a holiday park or caravan park (essential)
• Is professional, approachable and enjoys working with people
• Takes genuine pride in maintaining high standards
• Is proactive, reliable and able to work independently
• Has good communication and basic computer skills
• Holds a full UK driving licence
