Grounds & Maintenance Warden Job Role
As a Warden Couple you will work in separate departments within the park consisting of Grounds and Maintenance and Holiday Park Assistant.
Job Role Grounds & Maintenance:
• Liaise with Office and Housekeeping teams to complete maintenance across Holiday Home Accommodation, park facilities and Owners’ Holiday Homes.
• Carry out hot tub testing and cleaning, ensuring all procedures, paperwork and safety requirements are followed.
• Maintain park machinery, tools, vehicles and equipment, keeping stores, workshops and vehicles clean, organised and safe for use.
• Assist with park projects and general technical maintenance, using a range of trade skills to resolve issues, maintain high standards and complete work safely, within budget and agreed timescales.
• Respond to Warden evening on call emergency calls.
Holiday Park Assistant Job Role
The Holiday Park Assistant is there to support the park team with a wide range of duties, from providing guest relations while covering the reception desk to providing administrative support to the Park Coordinator and supporting with housekeeping and laundry. You are required to ensure you provide exceptional customer service to our guests and owners on the Park at all times.
Job Role- Holiday Park Assistant
• Manage bookings, customer records, payments and requests using the Elite Park Management System.- I.T skills are required.
• Support Park Office, Grounds & Maintenance and Head Office administration, including job sheets and Health & Safety records.
• Maintaining good communication with team, park coordinator and head office.
• Where needed carry out laundry, ironing and general housekeeping duties.
• Maintain clean, tidy and presentable customer-facing and public areas.
All training for these roles will be given as well as fully furnished accommodation free *(gas & electric to be paid for). The Warden Couple Roles are permanent and 12 months of the year in line with the park’s operational requirements. Hours will be 30-40 year round. Pay will be £13.45 per hour as well as a nightly Warden rate for an on-call shifts.
