This position is a great opportunity for a couple who love to be outdoors, busy and active as the role can be physically demanding. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated and communicate well within a team. You will need to have a friendly and helpful attitude and be ready to assist our guests. Customer service experience is essential. If you know your way around a hot tub or housekeeping role that would be a bonus but full training can be provided if not. This position includes accommodation on site.

The main role responsibilities for role 1 (30-37.5 hours) are:
– Draining, cleaning and refilling hot tubs on changeovers.
– Chemical testing and dosing all hot tubs daily.
– General maintenance of the lodges, pods and ground repairs.
– Meeting and greeting new arrivals, answer queries and showing guests how to use their hot tub.
– Ensuring all waste bins, firepits & BBQ’s are emptied on a regular basis and undertake low level ground work include leaf blowing, grass cutting, and jet washing.

The main role responsibilities for role 2 (20 – 30 hours) are:
– Assisting in reception with bookings, shop & check ins
– Housekeeping duties in the Lodges & Glamping pods

This is a permanent all year round role, including weekends and bank holidays. The hours are mainly 9am – 5pm and include 3 on call shifts a week for late arrivals up until 8pm and emergencies throughout the night. Hours are split over 5 days.

The park is set in an area of outstanding beauty in the Staffordshire Moorlands attracting families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway in luxury self catering accommodation. The Park is currently comprised of 44 log cabins and lodges with a high occupancy all year round, 21 glamping pods and a CL site.
