Quarry Walk Park – Staffordshire Moorlands
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic couple to join our award-winning team as Senior Park Wardens at Quarry Walk Park.
This is a permanent, full-time position on a busy and growing holiday park, set within 46 acres of beautiful woodland in the Staffordshire Moorlands with onsite accommodation provided.
Working closely with the Park Owners, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running and upkeep of the park, helping ensure high standards are maintained across the site while delivering excellent service to our guests.
This role would suit a hands-on, practical couple who enjoy working together and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
The Roles:
Role 1 Key responsibilities include:
* General maintenance across accommodation, facilities and park infrastructure
* Mechanical and electrical repairs where required
* Hot tub servicing and maintenance
* Grounds maintenance and upkeep of park vehicles and equipment
* Supporting the smooth running of the park’s maintenance and hot tub operations
* Assisting with health & safety procedures and ensuring high site standards are maintained
A strong practical skillset is essential, particularly experience in mechanical, electrical or property maintenance.
Role 2 Key responsibilities include:
The second role will focus on reception, administration and guest relations, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and seamless stay.
* Managing guest check-ins and departures
* Handling bookings, enquiries and guest communications
* Supporting daily reception and administrative tasks including ordering
* Delivering excellent customer service and guest experiences
* Helping maintain the friendly atmosphere that our guests return for
Previous experience in hospitality, holiday parks, reception or customer service would be beneficial but not essential.
