We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic couple to become resident Park Managers to lead our established team at our very successful holiday site in beautiful north Devon.

You need to enjoy team leading also producing innovative ideas for improving our already very popular site. Previous experience on a Camp site, managerial experience or work in the hospitality service would be beneficial but are not essential.

Our managers will live on-site in a mobile home and benefit from access to all our amenities.
We will cover your water, electric, gas and council tax.

Experience in towing, siting and levelling touring caravans is essential along with general maintenance.
Any relevant training will be provided.

The salary rates are depending on experience but very competitive and are discussed every year.
There are several other benefits available with the usual statuary holiday period. In additions there is a bonus scheme if the season has gone well.
Due to the nature of the hospitality role your working hours sometimes will need to be flexible; the shifts may vary, and work may be needed to cover evenings, weekends, bank holidays and special events.
A current UK driving licence is necessary.
Our managers will need good basic administrative and numeracy skills, a clear understanding of computers and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook. We use Prophet for our booking system which you will be taught on arrival during the hand-over/take-over period.
The start date will be 20th October 2025 .
