Herding Hill Farm is a multi-award-winning, 5-Star Platinum Pennant campsite, nestled beneath dramatic Northumberland skies in the shadow of Hadrian’s Wall.
We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on Warden Couple to join our passionate team. This role is ideal for a seasoned campsite duo seeking meaningful, year-round work in a truly breathtaking location.

The Role:
You’ll help us deliver an unforgettable guest experience, with duties including:
• Warm, welcoming customer service
• Running Reception and Shop
• Caring for our animals 🫏🐖🐴🐓🐇🐐
(experience with animals is desirable, but full training is provided)
• 5-star cleaning and upkeep of guest facilities, glamping pods and amenities
• Grounds and general maintenance tasks
• Cooking up a storm in our kitchen for pizza night
About You:
We’re looking for people who are:
• Positive and approachable, with strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic about high standards and happy guests
• Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
• Adaptable, reliable and health & safety aware
• Practical, proactive and people-focused
• Able to demonstrate relevant experience or transferable skills
• Capable with maintenance, and familiar with (or qualified in) gardening-type work — desirable but not essential
