Charteroak is a holiday lodge and residential park home operator offering holiday stays and holiday and residential home ownership opportunities across a collection of distinctive parks.
We are looking for a proactive, creative and highly organised Marketing Executive to deliver day-to-day marketing activity across the business.
Working closely with our retained marketing consultant and internal teams, you will turn agreed strategies and campaign plans into effective marketing activity. This is a hands-on role covering websites, content, social media, email marketing, listings, lead generation, campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, proof and send email campaigns, newsletters, offers and customer communications.
• Create and update website, blog and landing-page content in line with SEO priorities and brand guidelines.
• Maintain holiday accommodation and home sales listings, ensuring descriptions, pricing, photography and information are accurate.
• Create and schedule social media posts, stories, reels and short-form video across Charteroak and Harmony Communities.
• Produce copy, imagery and video assets to support paid digital campaigns.
• Support lead-generation activity and maintain accurate CRM and campaign information.
• Create digital and print materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Support open days, exhibitions, seasonal campaigns and other marketing activity.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
• Compile marketing reports covering website activity, enquiries, bookings, home sales and marketing spend.
Skills & Experience
• Hands-on marketing experience across multiple digital channels.
• Strong social media, email and website content skills.
• Experience with WordPress or another CMS.
• Working knowledge of SEO and website conversion.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor or similar.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Confident creating graphics, videos and reels using Canva, Adobe or similar.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Proactive, practical and comfortable working independently.
Reporting to: Charteroak management, working closely with the retained marketing consultant responsible for marketing strategy, planning, prioritisation and performance direction.
You will be expected to take ownership of delivery, keep marketing activity moving and ensure the sales teams receive the support, content and materials they need.
