We are looking for two proactive, experienced people (a couple, or working pair) to join as joint assistant managers/ wardens.
We are a luxury resort & glamping destination in the heart of the Welsh countryside with spectacular views.

This joint role , is across all areas of the resort to ensure our guests enjoy a seamless, luxurious stay.
Key responsibilities
>Support the Resort GM in all aspects of operations (front-of-house, guest experience, staff coordination)
>Supervise and assist in departs such as café/food & beverage, cleaning/housekeeping, maintenance and reception
>Be part of the reception/guest services team: greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle guest enquiries, & manage after-hours /on-call guest needs
>Fill in across roles as required – e.g., stepping into café service when busy, assist cleaning teams, or coordinating maintenance tasks
>Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
>Being a fully-integrated part of the team – collaborating with all staff, fostering a positive working environment and leading by example
>Covering weekends, school holidays, Christmas, Easter and other peak periods (i.e., flexible availability essential)
>Ensuring reliability, punctuality and the ability to respond to operational needs as they arise (including on-call situations)
Essential Skills & Experience
>Proven background in hospitality (hotel, resort, glamping, leisure) – essential
>Demonstrable experience in customer service and guest-facing roles with a track record of delivering excellent guest satisfaction
>Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and oversee different operational areas at once
>Flexibility and adaptability – able to step into different roles (café, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk) as required
>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a positive can-do attitude
>Team player – able to work cohesively with colleagues, plus take initiative and lead when needed
>Reliable, honest, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a busy resort environment where no two days are the same
>Willingness to work busy holiday periods, weekends, late shifts/on-call
>Basic understanding of maintenance and housekeeping operations is a plus
>Comfortable living on-site (in accommodation provided)
