The Gwernydd Arms is a small, quaint pub and restaurant set within the beautiful surroundings of Gwernydd Hall Caravan Park. Serving residents and visitors alike, we pride ourselves on offering a warm welcome, quality home-style food, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed couple to jointly manage the day-to-day operations of the Gwernydd Arms. This is a hands-on, live-in opportunity ideally suited to a hardworking duo with hospitality experience and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations
• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Supervising and supporting any additional staff
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Managing bookings, events, and seasonal trade from caravan park guests
• Handling cashing up, basic accounting, and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in pub, bar, or hospitality management
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a community-focused approach
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Personal licence holder preferred (or willingness to obtain)
