The Park is a highly regarded five-star holiday home park part of the Salop Caravan Sites family, located near Harlech on the Mid-Wales coast, offering stunning views of Tremadog Bay and a 5-minute walk to sandy beaches and coastal walks. The park has 95 pitches and is an owner-occupier only holiday home park, providing a peaceful and well-maintained environment for privately owned holiday homes and lodges.
The park prides itself on high standards of maintenance, beautiful landscaping, & a welcoming community for holiday homeowners.
We are seeking a dedicated & proactive management couple to live & work on-site, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation, presentation, & customer service of the park.
The successful couple will ensure the park is maintained to the highest standards while delivering excellent service to holiday homeowners & visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Park Operations
Oversee the daily running of the park.
Responsible for the parks sales process, selling new & preowned holiday homes.
Ensure the park is well presented, clean, safe, & maintained to a high standard.
Conduct regular inspections of pitches, facilities, roads, & landscaping.
Monitor utilities, services, & general park infrastructure.
Coordinate contractors for repairs, landscaping, & maintenance.
Customer & Owner Relations
Act as the main point of contact for holiday homeowners.
Provide a welcoming & professional presence on the park.
Address queries, resolve issues, & ensure owners enjoy their time on park.
Help maintain a friendly community atmosphere.
Sales & Administration Support
Assist with enquiries from prospective buyers of holiday homes.
Conduct Park tours for interested buyers.
Encourage owner upgrades.
Maintain records relating to park operations & owner communications.
Grounds & Maintenance
Manage all grounds maintenance, including:
Grass cutting
Landscape & planting
General repairs & Upkeep
Ensure roads, pathways & communal areas are safe & tidy
Compliance & Safety
Ensure the park operates in line with site licence conditions & H&S regulations.
Maintain safety standards across the park.
Manage emergency situations & incident reporting if required.
Essential Candidate Profile
Practical maintenance or grounds keeping experience
Strong customer service &communication skills
Self-motivated & capable of working independently
Organised with good problem-solving abilities
