Serenity Parks are pleased to provide a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become a Holiday Lodge Sales Executive in our company. This position is located at our new holiday park development in North Devon. We would love to have a Holiday Lodge Sales Executive join our team.
As a Holiday Lodge Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth. Your key responsibilities include:
Effectively communicating the features and benefits of holiday home ownership to prospective buyers.
Finding and producing leads via a variety of sources, including social media, internet inquiries, recommendations, and promotional events.
Keeping an extensive database of possible customers and responding quickly to leads.
Setting up and running sales viewings on the park, making sure that each visitor has a customised and educational experience.
Giving prospective customers clear information about costs, financing choices, and any special offers.
Overseeing the completion of all required paperwork accurately and quickly in order to facilitate the closing process.
Carrying out market research to keep up with developments in the sector, spot fresh chances, and modify sales tactics as necessary.
Maintaining meticulous records of sales and monitoring progress towards established targets.
Turn over a newly purchased home from the point of sale to completion, providing details on the warranty procedures.
Liaise with lodge manufacturers and suppliers.
You should also be able to communicate with the manufacturer’s customer services about after-lodge deliveries and ensure this is finished in time for the sale to be finalised.
Be ready to cover open days when needed.
Interact and coordinate leads with local estate agents.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Previous experience in the holiday park industry, demonstrating a successful track record.
Excellent understanding of different types and characteristics of lodges.
Outstanding organisational and self-motivational abilities, including the capacity to successfully prioritise activities and set goals.
A track record of continuously hitting or surpassing sales goals.
Must be fully computer literate with experience using Microsoft and CRM systems.
