We are seeking energetic and dedicated Holiday Park Touring Wardens to join our vibrant team for the upcoming season!
In this dynamic role, you will play a huge part in ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for guests while maintaining the pristine condition of the park’s outdoor spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine outdoor work with customer service, all while contributing to a lively holiday atmosphere.
We value motivated individuals ready to bring energy and professionalism to every task. Previous experience within the holiday park industry and/or a good understanding of the nature of touring and camping holidays is desirable.
The role is full time, 5 days/40 hours per week (including weekends) for a fixed term between late February and the end of October 2026. Pitches are available for successful applicants with their own touring caravan/motorhome.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the Customer Care Team to ensure a seamless process for customers from point of enquiry to post-departure.
• Assigning bookings to the most suitable pitch for their vehicle type.
• Keeping pitches presentable, cutting grass, litter picking and trimming hedge lines where necessary.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within our Touring and Camping facilities, including the toilet & shower block, dish washing area, and chemical disposal point.
