Company Overview
Hendre Mynach is a well-established, premium touring and camping site situated on the Cambrian coast, about 1 mile from Barmouth town centre. The business consists of 251 touring pitches, 6 standard huts / pods, 2 deluxe pods, 3 static caravans and a holiday house.

Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Live-In Management Team (2 People) to continue the growth of the site. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the entire site. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience, managing staff and maintaining high standards of property and grounds maintenance and customer service.

Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodations and campsite, including guest services, bookings, arrivals and departures.
• Ensure high standards of property maintenance, cleanliness and groundskeeping.
• Supervise and manage staff, including cleaners and caretakers/groundskeepers.
• Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety & fire regulations.
• Deal with all staff queries & manage HR issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback.
• To liaise with head office for social media, marketing & advertising.
• To maintain the reputation of the site in the local community

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with leisure & tourism practices and regulations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

Ideal candidates
This role is designed for a team of two people who can work closely together and willing to live on-site in one shared accommodation together, provided as part of the role. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, resourceful, with strong leadership skills and ready for a challenge. The role will also involve call outs to service guest requirements.
