Gwernydd Hall Holiday Home Park is a well-established, owners-only 5-star holiday home park set in over 45 acres of scenic countryside in Mid Wales, near Welshpool & Newtown. The park offers leisure activities, Bar & restaurant, spa facilities, swimming pool, play areas, fishing lakes, & landscaped grounds.
The park prides itself on a high-quality, friendly environment for holiday homeowners & their families.

We are seeking an enthusiastic & hands-on Park General Manager Couple to oversee the day-to-day operation. The successful couple will work together to ensure the park is maintained to the highest standards while delivering excellent service to owners and visitors.
This role requires strong organisational skills, practical maintenance ability, & excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Control the sales process, selling new & preowned Holiday Homes & Lodges
Oversee all aspects of running the park daily
Ensure everywhere is clean, safe, & fully operational.
Monitor the overall presentation & standards of the park grounds.
Manage the park in line with company policies & regulations
Respond promptly to issues, emergencies, or maintenance needs.

Provide a welcoming & professional customer service to all.
Key contact point for residents’ enquiries & requests.
Build strong relationships with all & maintain a positive community atmosphere.
Handle complaints or issues effectively & professionally.
Grounds & Maintenance
Assist with maintaining the park infrastructure including roads, landscaping, utilities & communal areas.
Carry out general maintenance tasks & coordinate any contractors
Ensure regular checks of facilities such as the swimming pool, play areas, & leisure areas.
Maintain H&S compliance across the park.

Supervise & coordinate park staff & contractors where required.
Assist with scheduling maintenance, cleaning & seasonal work.
Ensure work is completed to high standards.

Keep accurate records of maintenance, incidents & inspections.
Assist with park communication, notices, & owner information.
Support Park events, viewings, & ownership enquiries

Ensure the park operates in line with health & safety legislation.
Carry out regular safety inspections across the site.
Maintain compliance with environmental & licensing regulations.
Learn Swimming pool safety & maintenance

Essential
Previous sales experience & managing a holiday caravan park, or similar.
Strong practical maintenance & DIY skills.
Excellent customer service & communication skills.
Work independently & manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong organisational & problem-solving abilities.
Good IT & administrative skills.
Clean UK driving licence .
