This is an exciting opportunity for a Joint management Couple in a ‘hands-on’ role with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Park and its maintenance. You will be directly involved in dealing with enquiries and the sales of new and used holiday homes .
Duties can be split between the couple depending on relevant skills.

What we are looking for :

• Professional and friendly manner at all times, with excellent
customer service skills.

• Previous Park Manager experience would be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Park Health and safety.

• General office duty skills.

• Holiday Home and lodge sales

• General cleaning duties.

• General Park & Ground maintenance duties.

What we are offering:

This Joint couple position pays £52,000 per annum ( £26,000 per person) + discretionary joint performance bonus. You will be required to work 5 days a week which will include weekends and bank holidays and hours will slightly fluctuate between low and high season (school holidays), Holiday’s to be taken in low season unless with prior authorisation. We will provide a modern Caravan Holiday Home for the duration of the Joint Managers employment.
