Milestone Caravan Park have an exciting opportunity for two enthusiastic individuals to join us for the season and to experience life as Park Wardens at our beautiful award-winning, five-star Touring Park in Cromwell, Newark.

This is a fixed term role, working 5 days per week which will include weekend work. You will also be expected to provide holiday and rest day cover for our other park wardens. We are looking for a couple to start immediately. The Caravan Park is a well-established and popular site, we are looking for a couple who will maintain the high standards that we have already implemented.

Previous experience of working as Park Wardens would be an advantage but not essential, working with the public would be beneficial. Having a high standard of cleanliness is a must and having an eye for detail is an advantage. You will need to be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will work alongside another set of wardens, in partnership with each other to carry out daily tasks, you will be guided and directed by the current wardens and the Park Manager in your role. In order to provide a warden presence and carry out your role we will provide a pitch for your caravan /motorhome, or theres an option to use the accommodation on site as your rota will include being on site to deal with any out of office arrivals and occasional calls from guest on site. We will also allow you to stay in the accommodation on none working days if you wish to do so. Your accommodation will be one of our park lodges and you will benefit from access to all our park amenities, these are free of charge and this is all included as part of the salary for the position. All utilities for the lodge except tv licence will also be covered as part of the salary. On working days you will need to be available to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm, working hours may vary depending on the needs of the business, season to season . You will be paid for 173.3 hours a month, Park Wardens will need to be flexible especially when the park is busy. You will receive your rota hours a month in advance, and we try and work on a rolling rota where possible so you are plan ahead your annual leave etc. Annual leave cannot be taken on Bank Holidays or event dates , Peak season, June, July. All annual leave will need to be authorised by the Park Manager with at least 1 months notice.- Annual leave at short notice can be applied for but may not be granted.
