We are looking for a couple to share the role of warden on our beautiful lodge park overlooking the breath-taking Vale of Clwyd just outside the historic market town of Denbigh in North Wales.
Bryn Morfydd is a lodge park that caters for owners and rental holiday guests. We are currently in the 2nd phase of our development growing our rental fleet from 11 lodges to 27 by Easter 2026 and we currently have 13 retail lodges and a growing owner population. Our website and guest reviews are useful to get a sense of the park and the location.
We are expanding rapidly and we expect to reach our planning consent of 89 lodges and a new purpose built Wellness Centre within the next 3 to 5 years and we would like to find park wardens who would like to become a part of the team on the journey.
Previous warden experience is desirable but other relevant experience will also be considered. The successful couple would be resident on site and responsible for the effective day to day running of the park alongside the existing small management team and our subcontract partners.
Primary duties would include –
• Welcoming holiday guests and checking in on the booking system
• Dealing with guest and owner enquiries and helping to resolve any issues
• Supporting the maintenance of grounds including grass cutting
• General site maintenance (e.g. small repairs, gardening, painting, light bulb replacement, gritting)
• Hot tub checks and hot tub changeovers
• Routine and regular park drive around checks to ensure guests are adhering to general park rules and Health and Safety requirements
• Providing first contact with rental guest and owners to deal with queries and coordinating appropriate actions
• Incidental cleaning where required including pressure washing decking and pathways (we have a changeover team for the lodge cleaning)
• Maintaining central refuge, recycling areas to ensure it is clean and safe
• Providing out of hours telephone and on-site support for any emergencies
• Other responsibilities will vary dependant on relevant experience
The role requires wardens to be resident on site, and the park will provide high quality accommodation in a lodge.
Candidate requirements

• A full driving licence
Working hours – to be agreed with the successful candidate
We are open 365 days for owners and rental guests
Both roles are full time and permanent
Normal working hours would typically be Thursday to Monday, however alternative days may be required
Wardens will be on call out of normal hours for emergencies
Working days will vary from 5 days during high season but could be less during the low season
Weekends and bank holidays are normal working days
