We are seeking a capable couple with complementary skills to join our team at Lincomb Lock Caravan Park. This is an opportunity to combine practical outdoor work and customer service in an attractive riverside setting.
Part of the family owned Hillandale Caravan Parks business, Lincomb Lock offers 123 privately owned holiday home pitches and 12 touring caravan and motorhome pitches. The park sits alongside the River Severn, a short riverside walk from Stourport-on-Severn.
The Role
As resident Park Wardens, you will support the Park Managers with the day-to-day running of the park, helping maintain high standards for holiday home owners and visiting guests. You will also provide cover during the Park Managers’ days off and holidays.
Responsibilities
• General park maintenance, gardening and grounds upkeep.
• Cleaning washrooms, sales stock and park buildings.
• Assisting with holiday home siting and pitch development.
• Reception duties, telephone enquiries and touring and camping bookings.
• Assisting with holiday home sales during the Park Managers’ absence.
• Providing a friendly, helpful service to owners and visitors.
Requirements
• Complementary practical and customer service skills.
• A reliable, flexible approach and willingness to assist across park operations.
• Previous relevant experience is advantageous, although training will be provided.
• Full driving licences for both applicants are preferred.
Working Arrangements
• Two permanent residential positions: one full-time role and one with hours varying seasonally.
• Full-time role: 5–6 days per week, depending on workload and Park Manager holiday cover.
• Seasonal hours role: typically 40–50 hours per week in summer and 20–35 hours per week in winter.
• Weekend and bank holiday working required.
• Flexibility to cover the Park Managers’ days off and holidays.
Remuneration and Benefits
• £13.02 per person per hour.
• Rent-free two-bedroom accommodation.
• Water usage provided free of charge.
• Electricity and gas usage charged separately.

Start date: Late November or December 2026, or as soon as mutually agreeable.
