About the Parks
Min Y Don and Castle View are two beautifully maintained, family-run holiday parks located below Harlech’s iconic 16th-century castle just 600 yards from the beach and within the stunning Snowdonia National Park.
Together, the parks feature:
• 171 privately owned static holiday homes (no sub-letting)
• 100 fully serviced touring pitches
• 4 luxury holiday homes for weekly rental

The Role
We’re looking for an active, friendly and hardworking warden couple to join our small, dedicated team for the 2026 season.
Previous park experience is not essential as training will be provided, but we are looking for people who are:
• Reliable and honest
• Flexible and self-motivated
• Practical, with good attention to detail
• Customer-focused and enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
Typical Duties
The role is varied and hands-on, offering a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks, including:
• Assisting with the housekeeping of rental properties and hot tub cleaning/checks
• Cleaning and maintaining amenity blocks to a high standard
• Reception and guest check-in duties (minimal usually cover only)
• Gardening, grounds maintenance (mowing, strimming, jet washing, etc.)
• Morning, evening and late-night park inspections
• Participation in an on call duty rota
• Assisting in our small ice cream and coffee food truck on-site
Accommodation
Applicants must have their own tourer or motorhome, as a fully serviced hardstanding pitch is provided.
(There may also be the possibility of a static caravan accommodation arrangement for the right applicants.)
