Are you a dynamic couple with experience in the day-to-day operations of a high-quality holiday caravan park? We are looking for enthusiastic, hands-on Seasonal Wardens to join our 5-star holiday park, located in the stunning countryside near the market town of Thirsk, North Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly, professional environment with varied and rewarding duties. You will be an essential part of a small, close-knit team, ensuring the smooth running of our holiday park while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service & Front of House: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, assisting with enquiries, handling bookings, dealing with owners and helping with events and assistance with the coffee shop if required.
• Admin Duties: Manage bookings, assist with pitch allocation, and carry out basic office tasks including sales admin.
• Groundskeeping & Maintenance: General maintenance of the park including gardening, groundskeeping, and practical repairs across the site.
• Housekeeping: Ensure the cleanliness of park facilities, including communal areas and hire fleet accommodation.
• On-call Duties: Be available for emergency call-outs and to address guest concerns, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for all visitors.
• Teamwork & Initiative: Work as a team or independently when required, managing a variety of tasks to keep the park running smoothly.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Caravan Park Knowledge: Prior experience working on a caravan park or holiday park, with an understanding of park operations, pitch management, and guest services.
• Practical Skills: Basic DIY, groundskeeping, gardening, and general maintenance experience.
• Admin Skills: Competence in handling office duties, bookings, and basic IT skills.
• Customer Service: A friendly and professional approach with excellent communication and people skills.
• Flexibility & Reliability: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and work flexible hours, including some on-call duties.
• Problem-solving Skills: Able to work independently and handle unforeseen issues with initiative.
• Reasonable IT skills: Able to work with Excel, Word and basic booking systems.
