Looking for an enthusiastic, reliable couple to join and work alongside the existing team for 2024. Must have a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction, this position is to begin towards the end of May to the end of October. Duties to entail, one covering breakfast shift in the kitchen, therefore must have previous experience in what can be a high turnover breakfast shift. The other party will be waiting on, coffee/barista service, clearing tables and all other duties involved. From that, there will be bar shifts for both on the evenings, where we host weekly bingo, quiz nights and live entertainment. Both must have bar experience. This position is to also cover independently shifts that allow the managers and other staff members days off.

Out of main season hours would usually consist of peak days i.e. Friday-Sunday and then leading into peak season the duties and shifts would fall over a 5/6 day week. This then requires flexibility to allow the variants of between 20-48 hours per week. Previous hospitality experience is essential.
