The Roberts Group are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Management Couple to join our growing holiday park and tourism business, working throughout multiple sites.
This is an exciting opportunity for a couple looking for a new challenge, career progression, or lifestyle change. Whether you already have experience working within holiday parks, hospitality, tourism, customer service, maintenance, or similar environments, or are simply looking for the opportunity to develop a long-term career within the industry, this role offers the chance to gain valuable management and operational experience within a successful and established business.

Working closely with Site Managers and the wider management team across The Roberts Group, you will learn all aspects of the day-to-day operation of a busy holiday park business. This is a hands-on role where you will gain practical experience across guest services, site presentation, staff support, and operational procedures. This role covers multiple sites.
As part of your training and development, you will gradually take on increased responsibility while working alongside the management team to gain a strong understanding of how the site operates.
You will become a dependable on-site presence, supporting the smooth running of the park while learning the standards, systems, and expectations required within site management.
This role is designed to provide long-term development opportunities within The Roberts Group for motivated candidates looking to progress within the business and potentially move into future management positions across the group.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting the Site Managers in the day-to-day running of the park
• Assisting with guest arrivals, departures, and customer service
• Helping maintain high standards across the site, including cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation
• Supporting housekeeping and grounds teams where required
• Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally
• Learning operational procedures and site management responsibilities
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
• Taking part in on-call duties, including guest and site support when required
• Assisting with the general smooth running of the park during busy periods

• Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
• Ability to work well as a couple and as part of a wider team
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, maintenance, or holiday parks would be beneficial, but not essential
