Andrewshayes Holiday Park in East Devon are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivated and active couple to join our team for 2026.

This is an opportunity for a couple with excellent people/communication skills, a positive, flexible can do attitude and a friendly outgoing personality. Our park has an excellent reputation for friendly customer service, so this is a high priority skill for the park.
Wardens must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a close-knit team, being prepared to be flexible when needed.
Caravan knowledge and towing experience would be useful. A current UK driving licence is essential for at least one applicant in each couple and we require you to have your own transport.

Immediate start – season ends mid-November.

THE ROLE:
This is a hands on, physically active role for both people. The work to be shared between each couple will include but is not limited to:

Cleaning of amenity and toilet blocks on 2 – 3 days per week.
Cleaning holiday homes on changeover days (2 days per week) to a high standard.
Park reception duties, e.g. customer check ins/outs and dealing with any customer queries,answering the telephone.
Small shop duties, e.g. serving customers, stock taking and ordering.

Using the computerised booking system (so IT skills are essential).

Ground maintenance, e.g. mowing, strimming and hedge cutting.
Swimming pool & Hot Tub maintenance.
Pitching touring caravans (prior towing experience or HGV licence an advantage).
Includes 3 or 4 evenings on-call each week (shared with other wardens).

Previous Park Warden experience would be an advantage.

HOURS AND WAGES:
It is a five-day working week. Work days will include weekends and bank holidays. Hours are variable over the season, approximately 35 – 40 hours per week. National minimum wage. End of season bonus.

Role includes accommodation. This is a 2-bedroom Wardens Lodge on the park which includes gas, electric, wi-fi and free laundry. Storage is available if you have an existing motorhome or caravan.

Andrewshayes Holiday Park is an award-winning family-owned holiday park located in beautiful East Devon countryside. There are 90 static caravans (35 rentals), 110 seasonal pitches and 40 touring pitches. There is an indoor swimming pool and a bar and takeaway on site. We are located 3 miles west of Axminster and approximately 6 miles inland.
