Assistant Campsite Wardens (Couples Position).

York Naburn Lock Caravan Park is a beautiful, 5-Star, adult-only tranquil site that has flourished over recent years. We pride ourselves on delivering a safe, clean, and highly enjoyable experience for our guests. We are now seeking an energetic, active couple to join our small team for the current season and beyond.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:
As Campsite Wardens, you will manage day-to-day site operations, ensure guest safety, and deliver exceptional customer service.
The role is diverse and fast-paced, particularly during peak season.
Your shared duties will include:
– Guest Services: Managing reception, handling enquiries, and delivering 5-star customer service.
– Retail: Managing shop sales and stock ordering.
– Site Maintenance: Cleaning facilities, groundskeeping, and general repairs.
– Logistics: Safely moving caravans in and out of our storage compound.
– Teamwork: Working closely together and collaborating with our small site team.
Hours & Schedule:
– Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week per person, worked over 5 days (includes weekends and bank holidays).
– Dual-Site Cover: As part of your rota, you will work 2 consecutive days once every fortnight at our sister site, York Caravan Park (located 15 minutes away), to cover staff days off.
Requirements:
– Experience: No experience necessary.
– Accommodation: You must bring and live in your own touring caravan or motorhome.
– Attributes: Active, practical, tech-literate, and passionate about hospitality.
