Wood Leisure are a family of six Holiday Parks located throughout Scotland offering a variety of holiday options including Holiday Home Ownership, Self Catering accommodation, Touring and Glamping for our guests to stay and relax while enjoying exploring Scotland.
As we prepare for a busy season ahead, we have an opportunity for Holiday Park Warden(s) to join our Deeside Team (AB12 5FX).
These roles can be for two individuals sharing accommodation. Contract will be permanent with an immediate start.
Candidates should be passionate about providing a great customer experience, adaptable, physically fit as this is a hands-on role and be friendly to fit in with our small team. Previous experience at Holiday Parks or within the hospitality industry is beneficial and trade skills are also desirable.
The Warden Couple Role:
Consists of two separate roles.
Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor. Pay £13.80-£14 per hour. Responsible for leading a small team to ensuring all areas of general maintenance of the hire units and other facilities on the park, daily tasks such as plumbing, basic electrics, joinery, hot tub care and groundwork are complete to a high standard. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to direct and motivate your small team. Working alongside your team, reporting to our Park Coordinator and liaising with our other departments including area maintenance and area landscaping collaboration and communication will be the key to a successful and safe operation.
Holiday Park Assistant. Pay £13.45 per hour – This role will require strong administrative experience, knowledge of IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Teams and Outlook as well as some housekeeping duties. There will be a variety of tasks including guest relations as part of our reception team, dealing with our guests and owners, providing a exceptional customer service. Great communication is essential when working alongside our Park teams and responsibility in ensuring the smooth running for all our guests.
Accommodation: Warden Couple will be provided with accommodation on the park to carry out Warden duties (utilities chargeable). *Warden Couples Each person will take turns being on call, with up to four nights per week covered between you for any guest emergencies after hours with additional £15 per night. The park is open 12 months of the year. Hours are 35-40 summer and can be reduced during winter months.
Full UK Drivers Licence for the Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor role is required and proof of Right To Work UK *for both roles.
